If you do not see an available day or time that is convenient for you, call and we will try to find one that suits your schedule. Our expectation is that if you are unable, or do not wish to keep the appointment, you will be courteous and notify us 48 hours prior to to the appointment, by canceling online or calling us at 815-580-8236. This allows other clients access to that appointment. Clients who do not cancel in advance or do not show for their appointment will be removed from our client list and denied access to future appointments.
